Fats are nutrients in food that the body uses to build cell membranes, nerve tissue (including the brain), and the hormones. The body also uses fat as fuel.
There are three types of fats: Unsaturated, Saturated, and Trans fats
GOOD FATS
BAD FATS
EGGS
All the fat in an egg is found in the yolk. Not only does the egg yolk contain healthy fats, it contains a ton of important fat-soluble nutrients like vitamins A, D, and E. The healthy fats in the egg yolk actually help our bodies to absorb these nutrients in the yolk too.
FAST FOOD
Fast food is high in saturated fats and trans fats which can lead to an increase of inflammation. This can lead to airway inflammation which can trigger an asthma attack.

SALMON
The fats in salmon are considered "good" because they are primarily composed of omega-3. They have numerous health benefits including reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, improving heart health, supporting brain function, and potentially reducing the risk of cognitive decline; making salmon a valuable dietary source for these essential nutrients that the body cannot produce on its own.
CHIPS
Chips that are fried in oil are very high in fat. They may fill people up but they also do not have any nutritional value, in comparison to nutritious fats like those found in fish.
