BREAD
Bread can be good for you because it contains many nutrients, including fiber, protein, and carbohydrates. Bread provides calories (energy) primarily in the form of carbohydrates. Carbs are your body's preferred energy source. When you eat bread, you are providing your body with fuel for your daily activities.
FRENCH FRIES
French fries are high in calories and they get their calories from starch. This can lead to a spike in sugar levels which can lead to diabetes. Since they are high in calories, they may also lead to weight gain which can lead to obesity.
FRUITS
The amount of carbohydrates in fruit varies widely, with some fruits being high in carbohydrates and others being lower: Fruits high in carbohydrates are grapes, bananas, mangoes, while fruits low in carbohydrates are strawberry, plum, kiwi and many more. Carbohydrates are an essential macronutrient that provide sustained energy, support a balanced diet, and regulate blood sugar. Fruits are a natural source of carbohydrates, and they also contain vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
CANDIES
Candy has a lot of refined sugar which has no nutrients for the body. Because they taste good, people tend to eat more of them and it affects their health by leading to obesity or tooth decay.
